Ways to work with us
Engagement Models
Four ways to work with Synesis. Each engagement is scoped and quoted after a short consultation.
Once-off
Records review
A structured review of your company’s statutory records against the Companies Act. Useful before an audit, funding round or due diligence, or when the Company Secretary changes.
You receive a written findings report and an agreed plan for addressing any gaps.
What’s included
- Statutory registers, minute books and resolutions reviewed
- CIPC status and filing history confirmed, including beneficial ownership
- Written findings with priorities
- Gaps addressed in consultation with you, including outstanding CIPC filings
Retainer
Outsourced secretariat
Ongoing company secretarial support for a monthly fee agreed upfront. We can be appointed as your Company Secretary, or support your existing secretariat.
Suited to companies without an in-house Company Secretary, and secretariats that need dependable, ongoing capacity.
What’s included
- The Board Meeting Cycle managed end to end
- Statutory registers and action trackers kept current
- Annual compliance calendar with reminders
- CIPC filings and changes handled
- Guidance to directors on meeting procedure and Companies Act requirements
Per meeting
Meeting support
Support for individual Board, Committee or Shareholder meetings, quoted per meeting.
Suited to Boards and Committees that meet a few times a year, or that need cover for a specific meeting.
What’s included
- Notices, agendas and packs, as required
- Minutes drafted from attendance, a recording or a transcript
- Round-robin resolutions for urgent decisions
- Minutes finalised for signature
