Synesis is a company secretarial and governance practice based in Centurion, Gauteng. Our team’s experience covers Boards and Committees in a wide range of sectors.
We can be appointed as your Company Secretary or work alongside your existing secretariat: preparing for meetings, recording them accurately, and making sure what the Board decides is properly resolved, filed and followed up.
We also provide back-office support to Company Secretaries and Governance Professionals, working under their brand, to their standards and deadlines.
